中央空调装置的智能控制系统设计
摘 要
随着现代生活不断向智能化迈进,人们对中央空调的性能提出了更高的要求,如空调的舒适性、节能性等。本文重点研究如何在中央空调系统中使用智能化的冷水机组控制系统,从而既能提供舒适的生活工作环境,又能最大限度的节约能源。
文中首先分析了中央空调的工作机理和中央空调的大滞后、大惯性的特点,然后阐述了模糊控制在制冷空调控制领域应用的优点以及分析了模糊控制理论在制冷空调领域的研究发展前景,介绍了适合过程控制的模糊控制理论,并给出了模糊PID控制器的具体设计方法。在针对冷却水的水泵机组设计了模糊PID控制器,并对其各个部件建立数学模型,基于MATIAB环境下,利用simulink和fuzzy工具箱,对空调系统采用PID控制与模糊控制器的仿真比较,通过仿真结果显示,空调系统采用模糊控制具有较强的鲁棒性,波动小等优点。

The Central Air-conditioning Unit of Intelligent Control System Design
ABSTRACT
With modern life constantly, people on to the intelligent towards central air-conditioning performance put forward higher request, such as air conditioning comfort, energy conservation, etc. This paper focuses on how to use in central air-conditioning system of intelligent control system of water chillers, can not only provide the comfortable life environment to work, and to the maximum energy saving.
This paper first analyzes the working mechanism of central air conditioning and central air conditioning big lag, large inertia characteristic, then expounds the fuzzy control in refrigeration and air conditioning control field, analyzed the advantages and application of fuzzy control theory in refrigeration and air-conditioning area of research and development prospects for process control, this paper introduces the fuzzy control theory, and presents the concrete fuzzy PID controller design method. The cooling water pump unit in according to the fuzzy PID controller is designed, and its various components based on mathematical model, MATIAB environment, using simulink and fuzzy toolbox, using PID control of air conditioning system with fuzzy controller comparative simulation, through the simulation results show that the air conditioning system using fuzzy control has stronger robustness, small ripple, etc.
