基于数据挖掘的风力发电机组齿轮箱故障诊断系统研究的中期报告
摘要:
本文基于数据挖掘技术,提出了一种用于风力发电机组齿轮箱故障诊断的系统。该系统利用机组的传感器数据和运行状态数据进行故障诊断,采用了数据采集、预处理、特征提取和模型建立等步骤。本文主要介绍了中期研究成果,包括数据采集系统的搭建、数据预处理方法的设计、特征提取算法的优化和模型的建立等方面。
通过实验,本文初步得到的结果表明,该系统可以有效地检测齿轮箱故障,并分析其故障类型。未来的研究将进一步优化算法和模型,提高系统的精度和稳定性。

Abstract:
Based on data mining technology, this paper proposes a system for the diagnosis of gearbox faults in wind power generation units. The system uses sensor data and operating status data of the unit for fault diagnosis, and adopts steps such as data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, and model establishment. This paper mainly introduces the mid-term research results, including the construction of the data acquisition system, the design of data preprocessing methods, the optimization of feature extraction algorithms, and the establishment of models.
Through experiments, the preliminary results obtained in this paper show that the system can effectively detect gearbox faults and analyze their fault types. Future research will further optimize algorithms and models to improve the accuracy and stability of the system.
