The study took a large comprehensive hospital as the research object, using questionnaire survey, interviews, observations and other research methods to explore the advantages, disadvantages and future development trends of the experience-based nursing undergraduate training mode. The research results show that the experience-based nursing undergraduate training mode can improve students clinical skills, professional qualities, and medical safety awareness, but there are also problems such as lack of basic theoretical knowledge. Future development trends include strengthening teacher training, optimizing teaching resources, and improving course quality.
