本文介绍了以体验为主导的护理本科生培养模式中期报告的研究情况。该研究以大型综合医院为研究对象,采用问卷调查、访谈、观察等研究方法,探讨了以体验为主导的护理本科生培养模式的优点、缺点和未来发展趋势。研究结果表明,以体验为主导的护理本科生培养模式可以提高学生的临床技能、职业素养和医疗安全意识,但也存在缺乏基础理论知识等问题。未来发展趋势包括加强教师培训、优化教学资源、提高课程质量等。

Abstract:
This article introduces the mid-term report of the research on the experience-based nursing undergraduate training mode. The study took a large comprehensive hospital as the research object, using questionnaire survey, interviews, observations and other research methods to explore the advantages, disadvantages and future development trends of the experience-based nursing undergraduate training mode. The research results show that the experience-based nursing undergraduate training mode can improve students clinical skills, professional qualities, and medical safety awareness, but there are also problems such as lack of basic theoretical knowledge. Future development trends include strengthening teacher training, optimizing teaching resources, and improving course quality.
