论 著 Research Paper 应用层次分析法建立护理硕士专业学位 临床能力考评指标体系的研究 沐菊 王爱敏 尼宏莉 贺金晓 [ 摘 要] 目的:确定护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力考评指标体系各级指标及其权重系数,实现护理硕士专业学位研究 生考评的科学化、规范化。方法:采用Delphi法对 34 位专家进行函询,利用层次分析法建立层次结构模型,构造判断矩阵, 计算指标权重并检验其逻辑一致性。结果:最终确定的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力考评指标体系一级指标权重值分别为 “职业道德”(W=0.2309),“临床实践能力”(W=0.3226),“临床教学能力”(W=0.1324),“临床管理能力”(W=0.1747),“临 床科研能力”(W=0.1394)。各级指标的层次单排序及总排序一致性比率(CR)均小于 0.10,具有满意的一致性检验结果。结论: 本次护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力考评指标体系权重的研究,可以使得该指标体系的评价结果更为科学、可靠。 [ 关键词 ] 层次分析法;护理硕士专业学位;临床能力;权重 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2013.03.010 Construction of Clinical Competence Evaluation System for Students with Master of Nursing Specialist Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process / MU Ju, WANG Ai-min, NI Hong-li, et al. // Nursing School, Medical College of Qingdao University, Shandong province, 266021 China /// Chinese Nursing Management- 2013,13(3): 33-38 [ ] Abstract Objective: To set up weight coefficient for indexes of Clinical Competence Evaluation System (CCES) so as to implement a comprehensive scientific and normative system for assessment of Students with Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS). The weight of each indicator in three grades and consistency check were calculated.
