中國電信的 上网速度 問題 I can not speak chinese and I will point out in english the problem of china telecome internt speed. Around 4 years I have used 20Mb of china Tel . Today I have changed in 100Mb. Because Internet speed was too slow for my work. I live in apratment at Pudong. After changed it I can not felt the difference of the speed. And I downloaded some program for measuring the speed. As soons as seeing the result of measure I was surprsied. The zone of speed was 2~30M and it was unstable too. Below I attached the result of 3 measure internet speed of china tel. 2014. 9.22. pm 10:14 2014.9. 22. Pm 10:20 2014. 9.22. pm 10: 30 8 bit = 1Bite 10 Mb = 12.5MB ???? ??(Mbps) = downloard speed ??? ??(Mbps) = uploard speed ???? = delay time ??? = the rate of loss Most of case internt compnay has guarantee system of the minimun speed. In case of south korea 100Mb speed guranteeabout 60Mb. Namely if the spped is 59Mb, Anytime customer can require canceal to the company. In above pic the speed of download have to reach at least 80~90Mbps( that is 100Mb) At the same time Delay time have to reach 10~15 ms. But china tel show 3~10M(downloard). This is not 100Mb option but 10Mb option. Of course I acknowledge there are some possibilty mistake of measuring. Regarding those points, I think China tel internet service has some big problem. Nomal speed 100Mb china tel speed 100Mb Dowloard = 70~90Mb practical Downloard = 2~10Mb Uploard = 70~90Mb (apartment) uploard = 3~4Mb 7~9(house)
