East China Jiaotong University 毕 业 设 计 Graduation Design (2009—2013年) 题 目 外螺纹接头塑件注塑模设计 分 院: 机电工程分院 专 业: 材料成型及控制工程 班 级: 材料2009—1 学 号: 20090410210114 学生姓名: 指导教师: 起讫日期: 2013.1.5——2013.5.16 摘 要 新时代的发展,不管是金属还是塑料材料的使用,都占有我国市场巨大的空间。由于塑料的成本相对金属便宜许多。塑料制品特别是注塑这方面前景非常可观,此时代是一个新型材料发展的时代,是个特飞猛进的高科技时代。竞争激烈,尤为表现设计这点。本设计是非常典型又特殊,主要特点是采用哈呋弯销分型机构其次对注射成型原理及结构、工艺特性、常用注射模结构与注射机、塑料制品(外螺纹接头)在模具中的位置与浇注系统设计、成型零件设计及分析、结构零部件的计算校核、温度调节系统及排气系统等方面的介绍理解运用,全方面透彻理解。在设计过程种用到我们在学校常用的软件了Proe4.0进行三维设计,通过使用AutoCAD平面二维分析设计,达到了深度的认识 关键词:注塑模;型芯;型腔;哈呋;弯销 Abstract The development of the new era, whether its metal or plastic material use, has been Chinas huge market space. In the design process of common software used in our school Proe4.0 for 3 d design, through the use of AutoCAD plane two-dimensional analysis design, reached a depth of understanding.
