饮水机接水槽塑件设计及其注塑模凹模设计 摘 要 模具现在已经成为工业发展的基础，而塑料模占据模具总量的比例达到35%~40%。塑料成型模具的应用在各类模具的应用中占有领先地位。随着我国经济的发展，国家经济建设的稳定发展，塑料制件的发展越来越广泛，塑料成型工业在基础工业中的地位日益重要。本文对浇注系统、成型零件、脱模机构、合模导向机构、温度调节系统、排气系统和零部件的加工工艺做了完整的设计计算。 本次设计以注射模具为主线，综合了成型工艺分析，模具结构设计，最后到模具零件的加工方法，模具总装配等一系列模具生产的过程，能很好的学习致用的效果，在设计模具的同时总结了以往模具设计的一般方法、步骤，模具设计中常用的公式、数据、模具结构及零部件，把以前学过的基础课程融汇到综合应用本次设计中来，在设计中除使用传统方法外，同时引用了CAD、Solidworks等技术，使用了office软件，力求达到提高工作效率的目的。 关键词：收缩率，注塑，分流道，浇口，脱模，装配，开模 Drinking machine water receiving tank plastic parts injection mold design and die design Abstract The mold has now become the foundation for industrial development, and occupies the proportion of the total plastic mold mold reached 35%~40%.
