Taking engineering strengthening of existing bridge as an example ,the key design essentials on adding new suspender reinforcement of half-through concrete filled steel tube truss arch bridge is introduced by finite element simulation. The project practice shows that the effect of strengthen technology of adding new suspender on half-through concrete filled steel tube truss arch bridge is good.
