数控加工中心的主传动系统UG三维制图 毕业设计论文.doc

摘 要 数控加工中心集计算机技术、电子技术、自动控制、传感测量、机械制造、网络通信技术于一体,是典型的机电一体化产品,它的发展和运用,开创了制造业的新时代,改变了制造业的生产方式、产业结构、管理方式,使世界制造业的格局发生了巨大的变化。现代的CAD/CAM、FMS、CIMS等,都是建立在数控技术之上。数控技术水平的高低已成为衡量一个国家制造业现代化程度的核心标志,实现加工机床及生产过程数控化,已经成为当今制造业的发展方向。 本论文首先论述了我国数控加工中心的发展趋势,以及我国的研究现状。 本设计通过对实际机床的考察,制定与计算机床的主参数,尺寸参数与运动参数。进而确定主传动的传动方式,拟出转速图与结构式。从而利用CAD软件画出变速箱内的传动件的空间布置,确定各轴的尺寸与齿轮的模数,大小和厚度。最后利用UG4.0进行三维建模。 关键字:数控加工;机床;CAD;UG4.0 Abstract CNC machining center of computer technology, electronics, automatic control, sensor measurements, machinery manufacturing, network communication technology, is a typical mechatronic product, its development and application, creating a new era of manufacturing has changed manufacturing production, industrial structure, management style, so that the pattern of the worlds manufacturing industry a huge change has occurred. Modern CAD ??/ CAM, the FMS, CIMS, etc., are built on top of the CNC technology. This paper first discusses the development trend of Chinas CNC machining centers, and research review. This design through inspection of the actual machine, development of the main parameters of the bed with the computer, the size parameters and motion parameters. To use CAD software to draw the gearbox drive space layout, determine the size of each axis and gear modulus, size, and thickness. Finally, the UG4.0 three-dimensional modeling.
