Introduction:
Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheminingindustry,thedemandforintelligent,automatedandefficientminingequipmentisincreasingrapidly.However,thecurrentminingequipmentcontrolsystemslackflexibilityandrobustness,andthestabilityandreliabilityoftheequipmentareoftenaffectedbyexternalfactorssuchastemperatureandhumidity.Therefore,thedevelopmentandresearchofembeddedcontrollersspecificallyfortheheavyminingindustryisurgentlyneeded.
Objective:
Themainobjectiveofthisresearchistodesignanddevelopanembeddedcontrollerthatcanadapttotheharshworkingenvironmentoftheheavyminingindustry,withhighreliabilityandflexibility,andiseasytomaintainandupgrade.Specifically,thisresearchaimstoachievethefollowingobjectives:
1.Analysisoftherequirementsoftheheavyminingindustryforembeddedcontrollers,includingenvironmentaladaptability,real-timeperformance,dataacquisitionandprocessingcapabilities,andcommunicationinterfaces.
2.Researchanddevelopmentofhardwareandsoftwaresystems,includingsystemarchitecturedesign,moduleselection,hardwareandsoftwareintegration,andperformanceoptimization.
3.Implementationandtestingoftheembeddedcontrollerintheactualminingequipmentenvironment,includingstability,reliability,andcompatibilitytesting,andcomparingtheperformancewiththetraditionalcontrolsystem.
4.Todevelopauser-friendlyinterfaceandprovidetechnicalsupportforthemaintenanceandupgradingoftheembeddedcontroller.
Methodology:
