This technology is applicable to wire 10kV and below the overhead distribution lines erection engineering.
2 construction preparation
2.1 material requirements:
2.1.1 the equipment and materials shall be prescribed with the current standard contract home, and should have product certification.
2.1.2 wire:
2.1.2.1 wire should not loose strands, cross, folding, fracture and damage, bare aluminum wire should not have serious corrosion phenomenon.
2.1.2.2 should not have serious corrosion phenomenon.
2.1.2.3 insulated wire surface should be flat, smooth, uniform color, the thickness of the insulating layer should meet the requirements. The insulation layer shall be extruded tightly, and easy to peel, insulated wire ends should be sealed.
2.1.2.4 wire should be consistent with the numerical minimum section shown in table 3-76.

2.1.3 Znsulator, butterfly insulator
2.1.3.1 porcelain and iron, and no combination of skew phenomenon closely, galvanized iron good.
