濮阳市农村劳动力资源现状与开发对策
摘 要
改革开放三十年后的今天,经济社会得到巨大发展,人们生活水平得到大幅提高。而产生的一些新的社会问题也有为突出,如自然环境遭到破坏,人与人的贫富差距逐渐扩大,教育和医疗改革难题,区域间和城乡间发展严重不平衡等。而开发农村劳动力,提高农村家庭收入可以有效解决以上问题。所以这里重点探讨我的家乡濮阳市农村劳动力开发问题。本文首先对农村劳动力内涵及特征界定,其次说明濮阳市如今农村劳动力资源开发现状。再说明农村劳动力资源开发所遇到的问题的原因:农民素质低就业竞争力弱,农业对农民就业的负面影响,缺乏有效的开发机制,缺乏农村劳动力市场建设,缺乏技术人才培养等。最后,论述解决这些问题的途径和策略:重视教育在农村发展中,建立有效的农村劳动力开发机制,加强职业技术培训,完善劳动力资源市场建设。

Abstract
Thirty years after the reform and opening up today, economy and society have great development, peoples living standard has greatly improved. Some new social problems have obvious, such as the destruction of natural environment, the gap between rich and poor people is gradually expanding, education and health care reform problem between urban and rural development, the regional imbalance. And the development of the rural labor force, improve the rural household income can effectively solve the above problem. So here focuses on the problems of rural labor force development in his home city of PuYang .
This paper firstly defines the connotation and characteristics of the rural labor force, then illustrate the problem now faced the employment of rural labor force and employment in Puyang city. The development of the rural labor force problems: low quality of the farmers employment competitiveness is weak, negative effects of agriculture on the employment of peasants, the lack of effective development mechanism, the lack of construction of rural labor market, the lack of technical personnel training, as well as
