城镇化背景下贵州生态文明研究 摘要 人类社会的历史是一部不断探索、不断完善的发展奋斗史。生态文明是人类社会在物质文明的快速发展过程中产生的一种崭新的文明形态，其最突出的表现在于逐步唤醒并增强了人与自然和谐发展的理念。党的十七大通过的“十二五规划纲要”中明确提出建设生态文明，在党和国家的“西部大开发”战略方针上，针对贵州这种少数民族地区而言，建设和发展生态文明显得尤为重要。本文借鉴国内外生态城市建设的成功经验，结合国内生态文明城市建设的实践探索，通过文献资料的收集与分析，深入研究贵州少数民族地区的城镇化与生态文明的建设问题，阐述了生态文明的涵义及特征，培养人们环保意识、加强政府职能管理等方面的研究与分析，最后得出了城镇化与生态文明和谐发展的有效策略。 关键词：贵州；城镇化；生态文明；发展策略 Abstract The history of human society is a continuous exploration and improvement of the development history of struggle. Ecological civilization is a new civilization form of human society in the process of rapid development of material civilization, the most prominent manifestation is gradually awakened and enhance the harmonious development of man and nature concept. The 17th National Congress of the CPC passed the 12th Five Year Plan clearly put forward the construction of ecological civilization, in the party and the countrys western development strategy, according to the Guizhou national minority area, the construction and development of ecological civilization is very important. In this paper, drawing on the successful experience of ecological cities at home and abroad, combined with the practice of the construction of ecological civilization city to explore, through the collection and analysis of literature, in-depth study of the urbanization and the construction of ecological civilization in Guizhou minority area, this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of ecological civilization, culture awareness of environmental protection, strengthen the research and analysis the functions of the government management, finally obtains the effective strategy of urbanization and ecological civilization and harmonious development.
