摘要 本轧机为小型四辊冷轧机,其特点是采用了响应速度快的液压压上,八缸平衡液面AGC厚度自动控制可以得到更严密的厚度公差。同时,采用了工作辊移动,以改善支承辊的压力分布,从而得到良好的板型。采用了可逆轧机,提高了生产效率。 近年来世界上的冶金工业技术及设备又有长足进步,新工艺、新技术、新设备的出现,是冶金生产过程发生了本质的变化,特别是中国的钢铁工业迅速发展,这就要求对轧钢设备进行充实和更新。 本次设计主要考虑到近现代工业的发展,带钢的轧制速度逐渐提高,产品的尺寸精度要求日趋严格等因素,采用了液压压下装置。液压系统过载简单、可靠,它主要采用标注液压元件,即简化了机械结构,提高了传动效率,相应的提高了轧机作业率。 关键词:冷轧机、液压压上、板型、冶金、平衡 Abstract The mill is small four-high cold rolling mill, characterized by a fast response by the hydraulic pressure, the eight-cylinder liquid balance AGC thickness can be more closely control the thickness of tolerance.
