本科毕业设计(论文) 有源滤波器在光伏电源谐波抑制中的应用 学 院: 电气工程学院 专 业: 电力系统及其自动化 学生 姓名: 学 号: 指导 教师: 答辩 日期: 摘 要 本文以选定的光伏并网发电系统为研究对象,分析该系统产生的谐波,据此设计了滞环比较控制的混合型有源滤波器,消除光伏并网发电系统的产生的谐波。本文主要的研究内容如下: 首先,介绍了光伏发电系统的分类、组成以及拓扑结构,深入分析了光伏并网发电系统中逆变器和负载产生的谐波,并推导了 SPWM 控制光伏逆变器产生的各次谐波含量表达式。 其次,分析有源滤波器的结构、原理及相应控制方法。与传统的控制方法相比,滞环比较控制方法使控制电路结构简单,易于实现,响应速度快,抗干扰能力强。选用滞环比较控制作为有源滤波器的控制策略,推导滞环比较控制的单相和三相有源滤波器的控制方程表达式并建立数学模型。 最后,将滞环比较控制的并联有源滤波器应用到光伏并网发电系统中,设计有源滤波器的参数。设计其电路模型,并使用 Matlab/Simulink 进行仿真,验证了滞环比较控制的并联有源滤波器能对光伏并网系统中谐波进行有效地消除。关键词 光伏发电系统;并网;有源滤波器;滞环比较控制;谐波抑制   Abstract For the study of, harmonic produced from this system is analyzed. Hysteresis control hybrid active power filter is designed. Harmonic generated from grid-connected PV system is eliminated. The main contents are as follows: Firstly, the classification, composition and topology of photo voltaic systems are introduced. Harmonic produced by grid-connected PV system in and the load is deep than analyzed. Each harmonic content expression generated from PV inverter by SPWM control is deduced. Secondly, the structure, principle and the corresponding control method are analyzed. By comprising with traditional control methods, hysteresis control making the control circuit structure simple and implement easy and response fast and anti-jamming capability strong. Hysteresis control is selected as control strategy of active power filter. Equations expressions of single-phase and three-phase active filter in Hysteresis control are deduced and mathematical model is established. Finally, shunt hybrid active power filter of hysteresis control is applied in grid-connected PV systems. Parameters of passive filter and active power filter are designed.
