PAGE w w 论文题目:杭州静博士美容连锁机构人力资源配置研究 指导教师: 系 别: 经济与管理工程系 专 业: 工商企业管理 班 级: 企管 姓 名: 学 号: 杭州静博士美容连锁机构人力资源配置研究 摘 要 所谓配置,最简单地说,就是将合适的人放到合适的岗位上。人力资源配置是为了达到更充分地利用人的体力、智力、知识力、创造力和技能,促使人力资源与物力资源实现更完美的结合,以产生最大的社会效益和经济效益。人员配置包括员工的招聘、内部的提拔、个人发展规划、员工的具体职责关系等。虽然说起来简单,但是对于企业的发展却有着重要的影响。人的性格、气质、兴趣和专业有着巨大的差别,有些人也许适合从事办公室工作,有些人也许适合从事推销工作,而还有人在管理岗位上能够发挥其专长。因此,合理配置人力资源对企业的发展是有利的。反之,既无法完成组织的既定目标,有会使得员工心中不满,从而降低企业的工作效率,造成资源的浪费。解决这一问题,就是要求有合理的人力资源配置。本文通过静博士的人力资源的配置所存在的问题进行研究,找出问题,解决问题,从而使其对外能形成强有力的竞争,对内能激励员工。而企业范围内的人力资源配置必须落实到每个组织具体的工作之中,并最终通过每位劳动者的潜能被完全释放来实现。从这个意义上讲,人力资源的合理配置关乎劳动者的发展与提升;关乎企业的生存与持续发展;关乎企业的未来。 关键词:企业;人力资源;配置 Abstract The so-called configuration, most simply, is to the right people into the right positions.
