It reflects interpersonal relationships as well as the development of the society. To understand the differences of the title words of English female relatives is to ensure that the essential foundation for cross-cultural communication. Western female Appellations and Titles have their own characteristics, which people can discern the differences in language development, social structure, and change of history. Under the two different cultural backgrounds, peoples value, national psychology and cognitive style will also be different. Therefore, application and title will be helpful for language learners to have more success in communication. Moreover, it can reduce the obstacles in cross-cultural communication.
