应用PLC的恒温箱控制系统设计

摘要:PLC的恒温箱控制系统应用了温度传感器,流量传感器,液位传感

器。通过拨码开关输入设定温度。设定温度与所测温度进行比较,通过PLC

的控制使恒温箱温度恒定。恒温控制系统要求控制恒温箱水温在20—80℃

之间的某设定数值。当水温低于设定值时,采用电加热升温。当水温高于

设定值时,放出部分热水,启动冷却风扇使水流经冷却器向恒温箱供水。

本系统以PLC控制器为核心,设计控制系统的硬件电路和软件程序,完成

要求的控制任务。本系统设计还对PLC特殊功能扩展模块和BCD译码器做

了简单介绍。

UsingPLCthermostatcontrolsystemdesign

Abstract:ThePLCthermostatcontrolsystemhasappliedthetemperaturesensor,the

flowsensor,thefluidpositionsensor.Throughdialsthecodeswitchinginput

hypothesistemperature.Thehypothesistemperaturewithmeasuredthatthe

temperaturecarriesonthecomparison,causesthethermostattemperaturethroughthe

PLCcontroltbeconstant.Constanttemperaturecontrolsystemrequestcontrol

thermostatwatertemperaturein20-80℃betweensomehypothesisvalue.Whenthe

watertemperatureislowerthanthesettingvalue,usestheelectricheatingelevationof

temperature.Whenthewatertemperatureishigherthanthesettingvalue,emitsthe

partialhotwater,thestartclingfancausesthecurrentofwaterafterthechillert

thethermostatwatersupply.ThissystemtakethePLCcontrollerasthecore,

designingcontrolsystemshardwarecircuitandthesoftwareroutine,completesthe

requestthecontrolduty.Thissystemdesignalsohasmadethesimpleintroductiont

thePLCspecialfunctionexpansionmoduleandtheBCDdecoder.
