Abstract
Thispaperismainlytodesignasetoftemperaturecontrolsystemthatcancontrolthe
temperatureofincubatorsprecisely.Thissystemiscapableinautomaticallyandaccurately
measuringthetemperatureinsidetheoveninreal-timeandcontrolthetemperaturewithinthe
settingerrorrangebyheatingandcooling.Incubatorshaveaveryimportantsignificancein
variousfields.Duetoitscomplicationinthecontrolsystem,basicallyitisimpossibleto
mathematicallyestablishamodeaccurately.Thecurrentusedalgorithmcontrolmethodisthe
classicalcontrolmethodandintelligentcontrolmethod.Bycombiningthesetwoalgorithms,
aneffectivecontrolonthetemperatureisachieved.
STC12C5A60S2microcontrollerisusedasthecorecontroller.Thetemperature
measurementisdonebyusingPIDcontrolonthedigitaltemperaturesensor.Theamountof
outputiscontrolbyusingthetriggerofSCR,wherethetemperaturecontrolisachieved.The
temperaturecanbeadjustedmanuallywithincertainrangeanditcanadjustautomatically
whentheambienttemperaturedecreases.ThecombinationofusageofPIDand
