K162FM ECU / K162FM I ABSTRACT Abstract In this paper, the rapid processes of China motorcycle industry development and the domestic and foreign research works of electronic control technology of motorcycle engine have been introduced. According to the strict motorcycle emission regulation requirements, the structure and technical characters of electronic control system of motorcycle engine have been analyzed and researched. The total scheme of electronic fuel injection and electronic control ignition technology of four-stroke motorcycle engine has been issued based on K162FM engine produced from China QingQi Group. The electronic control ECU of four-stroke motorcycle engine has been primarily researched and developed. The matching test platform of motorcycle engine has been designed and the hardware selection of electronic control system of four-stroke motorcycle engine and the input and output signals collection and identification and the flow test of injectors have been finished. At last, through experiment the fuel injection and ignition MAP of K162FM four-stroke motorcycle engine have been reached and optimized.
