阳离子明胶反相胶乳的合成

摘要:以明肢、丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯,fig壹R-(DMC)为原料,采用氧化还原引
发体系。通过反相乳液聚合技术,合成接枝共聚物,并讨论了合成条件对产品性能的影响及在造纸
中的应用。结果表明,51发荆用量1%、DMC用量25%、体系pH值控制在7—8、反应温度为55—
60℃时,可以获得较高单体接枝率和转化率的稳定胶乳产品。作为纸张增干强荆时发现,当将本品
周量为l%加入造纸系统,纸张的裂断长和耐破度强度均有明显提高。因此,它是造纸很好的增干
强剂。
