不饱和聚酯树脂生产工艺研究
摘要:本文对精对苯二甲酸和新戊二醇等二元醇生成不饱和聚酯的生产工艺进行了研究。实验综合考察了反应时间、反应温度及副产物水对酯化率的影响,实验结果表明:最适宜的反应时间为11h,反应温度为235℃~245℃,副产物水及时排出对反应有利。所得产品外观为浅黄色透明固体,酸值为69.5mgKOH/g,软化点为109℃,粘度为58Po/175℃,完全符合工厂质量内控指标要求。

Research of the Production Process of Unsaturated Polyester Resins
Abstract:This paper mainly recommended the research of the production process of unsaturated polyester resins which were generated by pure terephthalic acid and neophentyl glycol. The effects of the reaction temperature and the reaction time and the side product on the production process were studied. The results showed that the suitable reaction time was 11 h、the reaction temperature was 235℃~245℃ and the side product,s discharged in time is good to reaction. The appearance of the product is light yellow transparent solid, the acid value is 69.5mgKOH/g, the softening point is 109℃ and the viscosity is 58Po/175℃, it is completely compatible with the factory quality control requirements.
