摘要:本文以醋酸锌为催化剂,利用混合醇取代二元醇作为醇解剂对回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑
料降解,得到的醇解产物与酸酐进一步缩合聚合,以苯乙烯作为稀释剂,制得不饱和聚酯树脂。该方
法具有工艺简单、成本低廉、操作简便、绿色环保、经济效益好等特点,得到的不饱和聚酯树脂性能
稳定,使用性能良好。

Preparation of unsaturated polyester resins from mixed alcohols
decomposition of recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate)

Abstract: In this paper, with zinc acetate performed as catalyst, we used mixed alcohols as alcoholysis agent to
decompose recycled poly (ethylene terephthalate) (RPET). After that, obtained alcoholysis products reacted with
maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride ,and then the styrene was added in order to dilute the resin and became
cross-linking. Finally,we obtained the unsaturated polyester resin. The synthesis process and optimum formula is
simple, cheap, environmental friendly and economical, etc. The final product is stable and has a good intensity.
