【摘要】
本文研究了不同结构的Fe3O4TiO2Graphene三元复合材料的制备及光催化性能。通过简单的水热法制备出纳米Fe3O4和TiO2粉末,并将其与石墨烯(Graphene)混合制备成Fe3O4TiO2Graphene三元复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对复合材料进行了表征。研究了不同结构的复合材料对甲醛的光降解性能。
实验结果表明,将纳米Fe3O4和TiO2与石墨烯混合后制备的Fe3O4TiO2Graphene三元复合材料,具有较高的光催化降解性能。其中,以Fe3O4TiO2@Graphene为前驱体制备的复合材料,具有最好的光催化性能。在可见光照射下,其甲醛的降解率为86%。同时,研究表明,复合材料的光催化活性与其结构、化学组成以及光捕获能力密切相关。

【Abstract】
Inthispaper,westudythepreparationandphotocatalyticpropertiesofFe3O4TiO2Grapheneternarycompositematerialswithdifferentstructures.NanoscaleFe3O4andTiO2powdersarepreparedbyasimplehydrothermalmethodandmixedwithgraphenetoprepareFe3O4TiO2Grapheneternarycompositematerials.Thecompositematerialswerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD),andFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR).Thephotocatalyticdegradationofformaldehydebydifferentstructuresofcompositematerialswasstudied.
TheexperimentalresultsshowthatFe3O4TiO2GrapheneternarycompositematerialspreparedbymixingnanoscaleFe3O4andTiO2withgraphenehavehighphotocatalyticdegradationperformance.Amongthem,Fe3O4TiO2@Graphenecompositepreparedasaprecursorhasthebestphotocatalyticperformance.Undervisiblelightirradiation,itsformaldehydedegradationrateis86%.Atthesametime,researchshowsthatthephotocatalyticactivityofcompositematerialsiscloselyrelatedtotheirstructure,chemicalcomposition,andlightcapturecapacity.
