摘要 本文是研究组合式专用铣齿机床的构成及其工作原理。从其构成特点开始分析与其他专用机床和普通机床相比的优点,全面分析其机械结构和工作原理。对其工作原理与公式进行了详实的调查和分析。运用了AUTOCAD.UG等软件对其零部件的设计进行进一步分析说明;并且对于铣齿机床上的铣齿刀具的选择进行了详细的分析,给出了指型刀架的主要性能参数。对其零部件的选用进行了精心的挑选,使其工作性能更佳。进一步突出组合式专用铣齿机床的优势。
通过本次对组合式专用铣齿机床的探讨,了解了其零部件的基本分析、加工的全面内容;掌握了组合铣齿机床的构成及工作原理,综合运用了所学的机械知识,加深了对大学所学专业课程的理解,为今后利用所学知识,在工作中解决具体问题打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract This article is dedicated milling machine of modular composition and how it works. Starting from composition analysis and other special characteristics of machine tools and the advantages compared to general machine tools, a comprehensive analysis of the mechanical structure and working principle. Its working principle and the formula of the detailed survey and analysis. Use of its components AUTOCAD.UG design software such as further analysis shows that; and milling machine for milling cutters on the choice of a detailed analysis, given that the main performance parameters of type knife.
