medication using Chinese medicine heritage auxiliary system V1.0,and then we research the traditional Chinese medicinal materials of high frequency in sexual taste and meridian and cluster analysis by SPSS19.0 so as to find experience of Professor Ding in the treatment of hypertension. Results:the main analysis of drug: in the 117 traditional Chinese medicinal materials,qingre drugs,huoxue drugs,buxue drugs, pinggan drugs are the most using drugs. sixing:hanxing yao uses mostly,composes 43.8%,and the second is wenxing yao, composes 26.4%. wuwei:kuwei yao uses mostly,composes 38.3%,and the second is ganwei yao, com- poses 33.7%. guijing:ganjing yao uses mostly, composes 20.9%,and the second is xinjing yao, composes 13.6%,and the third is shenjing yao, composes 13.4%. we get eight cluster combinations from 117 traditional Chinese medicinalmaterials: Schisandra - Gardenia - Poria - moutan; white peony - turmeric - silkworm - Bupleurum; red peony - bezoar - Dictamni - Zhuru - tangerine peel - Trichosanthes; Pinellia - woody - leeches - Astragalus;Loranthaceae - Cork - epimedium - Anemarrhena; Ligustrum lucidum - Herba Siegesbeckiae, - Alisma - licorice - dogwood - Uncaria; forsythia - Albizia julibrissin - gypsum - Nepeta - tortoiseshell; rhubarb - cumin - Scrophulariaceae- betel nut. we get five cluster combinations from 42 traditional Chinese medicinalmaterials of high frequency: C1:Ligustrum lucidum, fleece-flower root system, dogwood, Eucommia, white peony root, Semen, Polygonum vine, Achyranthes; C2:Poria, Atractylodes, Astragalus, the Herba Siegesbeckiae, Epimedium, Notopterygium, Amomum, betel nuts, licorice root, Pinellia; C3: Chuanxiong, Corydalis, wood, tree peony bark, rhubarb, leeches, red sage root, Pueraria; C4:Uncaria, Tianma, antelope horn, chrysanthemum; C5:habitat, Anemarrhena, gardenia, Alisma, cassia, borneol, Radix, Coptis, Phellodendron, gentian, skullcap, Scrophulariaceae.
