健美操测试内容与评分标准(Aerobics test content and scoring standard) Aerobics test content and scoring standard Test items and scoring criteria Test items: 20 points One, special basic skills: 4 points 1, the left and right legs spagat (1) test method: on the floor or carpet (2) scoring standard: posture is correct, legs and hips all ground, hip position is positive, legs straight without deduction, the hip lower edge of each floor from the 1--10cm buckle 0.5 points, and so on in turn, perfect, left and right legs are 2 points each.
