煤矸石活化工艺试验

摘 要 : 采用加热活化与机械活化试验方法对三河地区煤矸石进行了活化研究 。活性大小以掺入煤
矸石的水泥强度进行评价 , 结果表明: 原状煤矸石不宜用做水泥掺合料 , 其直接掺入水泥后 , 不仅
影响水泥强度 , 也影响水泥的外观质量 ; 通过煅烧 , 可以提高煤矸石活性 ; 煤矸石细度增大 , 亦能
提高煤矸石的活性 , 但程度不明显 , 建议该地区煤矸石煅烧温度为 750 ℃, 磨细细度为 455 m2 / kg
左右 。

A b stract: The re search was about activated coal refu se ba sed on it in the region of Sanhe. M ethod s of heating activation and m echan ical
activation are u sed during the re search. A ctivity of coal refu se wa s evaluated by the coal refu se cem ent. The re su lts show that coal refu se
in original shap e shou ld not be u sed as cem en t m ixture. W hen m ixed w ith cem ent, it not on ly affects the inten sity of cem en t, but also af
fects the quality of the app earance. A fter calcination, the activity of coal refu se can be imp roved. The be st activated temp erature of coal
refu se in th is region wa s 750 ℃. The greater of the degree of finene ss of coal refu se, the greater its activity. Bu t it was not very obviou sly.
It sugge sted that activated temp erature on activating coal refu se wa s 750 ℃ in the region of Sanhe
