大庆石油学院本科生毕业设计(论文) 摘 要 本次设计是用AT89S51和MAX038实现的函数波形发生器,介绍了集成电路MAX038 的性能,该电路能够产生正弦波、矩形波和三角波信号,输出信号的幅度都为2V(P-P)。 整个系统包括单片机控制部分和函数发生部分,单片机控制部分包括键盘、显示部分和数模转换部分,函数发生部分还包括波段选择部分、产生信号部分和信号滤波部分。输出频率的范围在0.1Hz到15MHz之间,并分为8个波段,在每一个波段里又有十个频率选择,这十个频率是等间隔的。利用AT89S51单片机控制管理整个系统,使用键盘输入更改输出波形和调整输出频率,同时LED数码管显示对应输出频率的大小,电路产生的信号波形很好,虽然功能及性能指标赶不上标准信号发生器,但满足一般的实验要求是不成问题的。 关键词:函数发生器;MAX038;单片机 Abstract This design is a Function waveform generator that used Minicomputer and MAX038 to achieve.and introducts IC MAX038 performance.The circuit can produce sine, square and triangular wave signal, the output signal is for 2 V (P-P). System as a whole includes microcontroller control part and functions produce part. Microcontroller control part includes part of keyboard, display and part of digital to analog converte.Function produce part also includes part of band selection, functions produce and signal filtering. The output frequency range is between 0.1 Hz and 15MHz , which is divided into eight bands. There are ten frequencies that supply choice in each frequency band,which ten frequencies are interval.Minicomputer is used to control and manage system as a whole,using the keyboard input changes the output waveform changes and output frequency adjustment. Meanwhile LED Digital Display on the output frequency of the size of ,and the circuit waveform signal good. Although the functional and performance outpaced standard signal generator, to meet the general requirements of the experiment is not a problem.
