中国药事 2018年11月 第32卷 第11期 1581 品管圈在降低中心药房药品破损率中的应用 * 李健，高欢，张莹，宋燕青 （吉林大学第一医院，长春 130021） 摘要 目的： 利用品管圈的管理方法，组成中心药房药品破损改善品管圈，降低中心药房药品破损率， 降低因药品破损带来的损失。方法：根据吉林大学第一医院中心药房的实际情况，成立品管小组。通过 对可行性、迫切性、圈能力的综合投票，确定以“降低中心药房药品破损率”为主题，对医院中心药房 每月药品调剂、运输及贮藏中产生破损的数量及原因进行有效分析，找出缺陷并制定相应的对策计划， 对比活动开展前后药品破损率的改善情况。结果：中心药房药品破损率平均值由开圈前的293.66%降低至 结圈时的95.68%，降低了197.98个百分点，并且达到了设定的标准。结论：在实际工作中恰当运用质量管 理方法，能够加强药品管理，降低药品破损率，减少药品损失。本次活动中，圈员在处理问题的能力、 面对问题的勇气、责任心和积极性等方面都得到了明显提高。 关键词： 品管圈；医院药房；质量管理；药品调剂；药品破损率 R95 A 1002-7777(2018)11-1581-08 中图分类号： 文献标识码： 文章编号： doi:10.16153/j.1002-7777.2018.11.020 Application of Quality Control Circle in Reducing Drug Breakage Rate in Central Pharmacy * Li Jian, Gao Huan, Zhang Ying, Song Yanqing (The First Hospital of Jilin University, Changchun 130021, China) Abstract Objective: To form improvement drug breakage quality control circle (QCC) in central pharmacy according to the QCC management methods so as to reduce drug breakage rate and to reduce the loss caused by drug breakage.
