[摘要]聚丙烯(PP )发泡材料有着优异的综合性能,价格低廉且利于节能环保,在发泡材料中产量增速最快。目前,PP 发
泡材料已广泛应用于物流包装、汽车工业等领域。对PP 挤出物理发泡工艺及其相关设备进行了简介,介绍了发泡剂的分类并
比较了优缺点,概述了高熔体强度PP 树脂的4 种制备方法,最后阐述了常用于PP 发泡的4 类添加剂,全方面介绍了PP 挤
出物理发泡技术近年来的研究进展,并对PP 挤出物理发泡材料的发展进行了展望。
