Abstract The paper use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, choosing economy , image, traffic safety
and other evaluation factors to evaluate the degree of passenger satisfaction on a certain subw ay, then get
the service level of a subw ay, and propose the corresponding measures to improve the degree of passenger
satisfaction.
