国科技核心期刊 粉煤灰在新型泡沫保温材料中的 应用研究 王嘉 (新疆铁道勘察设计 有限公司,新疆 乌鲁木齐 830011) 摘要:为研究高掺量(60%)粉煤灰泡沫保温材料的配方,采用控制单一变量法研究促凝剂、发泡剂、稳泡剂的最佳用量及最佳 水胶比。试验结果表明:高掺量粉煤灰泡沫保温材料的配方为:碳酸锂0.4%、双氧水3%、水胶比0.45、纤维素醚0.5%;在此配方下, 高掺量粉煤灰泡沫保温材料的初、终凝时间与泡沫保留时间相近,导热系数为0.066 W/ (m·K),28 d 抗压强度为1.16 MPa,体积密度 3 为410 kg/m 。研究结果为建筑保温材料制备与粉煤灰的资源化利用提供参考。 关键词:粉煤灰;建筑节能;泡沫保温材料;制备方法 + 中图分类号:TU55 1.3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-702X (2023)07-0167-03 Study on the application of fly ash in new foam thermal insulation materials W A NG Jia (Xinj iang Railway Survey and Design Institute Co. Ltd.,Urumqi 830011,China) Abstract:In order to study the formula of high content (60%)fly ash foam insulation material,the control single variable method was used to study the optimal amount of accelerator,foaming agent and foam stabilizer and the optimal water-cement ratio. The test results show that the formula of high content fly ash foam insulation material is:lithium carbonate 0.4%,hydrogen perox ide 3%,water-cement ratio 0.45,cellulose ether 0.5%;Under this formula,the initial and final setting time of the specimen is simi lar to the foam retention time,the thermal conductivity is 0.066 W/ (m·K),the 28 d compressive strength is 1.16 MPa,and the bulk 3 density is 410 kg/m ;The research results provide reference for the preparation of building insulation materials and the utilization of fly ash resources.
