I.Introduction

1.PartyAistheownerofaparcelofstateownedlandlocatedat[landlocation],withalandareaof[X]squaremeters(theLand).TheLandhasobtainedtherelevantlanduseapprovalandissuitablefor[intendeduse].

II.AssignmentofLandUseRights

2.Obligations

PartyAshallensurethattheLandhasclearpropertyrightsandnodisputesorencumbrancesthatmayaffectPartyBsuseoftheLand.

PartyAshallberesponsibleforhandlingallnecessaryproceduresandobtainingallapprovalsrequiredfortheassignmentoftheLanduserights,andshallprovidePartyBwithrelevantsupportingdocumentsandmaterialsinatimelymanner.
