Reading Comprehension阅读理解I、阅读理解短文常见的题型:（1）Answer the questions directly 直接回答题（2）guessing the meanings 猜词析义题（3）Understanding the details 细节理解题（4）Inductions 主旨大义题（归纳概括题） （5）Inference and judgment 推理判断题。1）直接回答题 It is very easy to work out this kind of problem. Usually you can find the answers directly in the passage. And the questions usually like this: When/ Where/ How / What…? Or How many / much / long / soon / often…? Etc. 2）猜词析义题 You must try to guess the meanings of some words or sentences. Or you have to answer some questions about the key words in the passage.e.g. What’s the meaning of underlined word? OrWhat does the underlined word mean?（3）细节理解题 To these kinds of questions, you must have a good understanding of the details(细节).The questions are mainly about what, where, when, how, why, who how many or how much and so on.Also you must understand the deep meaning of the sentences. E.g.Which of the following (sentences)is (NOT) true?4）主旨大意题 To answer these kinds of questions, you must understand the whole passage very well. Then you can get the main ideas of the passage. E.g.What is the passage about? OrWhat is the best title/ the main idea of the passage? （5）推理判断题 You must know the writer’s idea and intention(意图),then you can infer(推断)the answers to the questions. But you mustn’t get the answers from your own experience or ideas. e.g.What can we learn from the story? From the passage，which of the following do you think…? II、The steps to read the articles(阅读的步骤) (I) 1. Read through the choices or questions to know what to do;2. Read the articles quickly and know the main idea of the articles3. Read the articles more carefully and get more information: the central idea(中心) of the articles; the clue(线索) of the article; the further meaning of the articles and so on.4. Work out the answers；5.
