摘要:
本文旨在探究G蛋白偶联受体30 (GPR30) 和磷酸化AKT蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。采用免疫组织化学法检测样本中GPR30 和磷酸化AKT蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征及预后的关系。
研究结果表明,GPR30 和磷酸化AKT蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达均明显上调。与低表达组相比,高表达组患者的年龄更低、肿瘤大小更大、FIGO 分期更高且预后更差。GPR30 的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移和微管侵犯有关,而磷酸化AKT与肿瘤的淋巴结转移和ERα表达水平呈正相关。
综上所述,GPR30 和磷酸化AKT蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的高表达可能预示着患者的恶性程度更高且预后更差。这些蛋白质的表达也可能与肿瘤的恶性生长及转移有关,从而成为该疾病的潜在治疗靶点。

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to investigate the expression and significance of G protein-coupled receptor 30 (GPR30) and phosphorylated AKT protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues. The expression of GPR30 and phosphorylated AKT protein in the samples was detected by immunohistochemistry, and their relationship with clinical pathological features and prognosis was analyzed.
The results of the study showed that the expression of GPR30 and phosphorylated AKT protein was significantly up-regulated in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues. Patients with high expression of GPR30 and phosphorylated AKT protein were younger, had larger tumors, higher FIGO stages, and poorer prognosis than those with low expression. The expression of GPR30 was related to lymph node metastasis and microtubule invasion of the tumor, while phosphorylated AKT was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and ERα expression level.
In conclusion, the high expression of GPR30 and phosphorylated AKT protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma may indicate a higher degree of malignancy and worse prognosis in patients. The expression of these proteins may also be related to the malignant growth and metastasis of tumors, thus becoming a potential therapeutic target for this disease.
