工程建设中项目管理意义
摘要:随着我国改革开放的不断深入,建设领域的改革也在不断深化,各项制度逐步建立。目前,建筑行业在建设部的指导下,法制化、秩序化建设正在逐步完善。《建筑法》的颁布实施以及项目法人制、招投标制、建设监理制等建设项目管理制度的建立,完善了我国基本建设项目的管理,为与国际建筑市场接轨奠定了基础。工程建设项目管理是通过工程项目法人委托的管理公司,对拟建工程项目预先进行周密细致的前期策划、工程立项以后的详细计划以及工程实施阶段严格控制而达到对工程建设全过程的掌控,只有这样,才能使工程项目的建设达到项目法人投资的最佳效益。
大部分企业,尤其是生产企业的工程建设项目经常在时间和成本上超出计划,如何科学管理企业工程建设,一直困扰着企业的管理者。文章从影响企业项目管理成功的几个重要的因素入手,从微观的角度探讨和研究企业工程的项目管理,以求达到提高企业项目管理的效率的目的。
