湖 南 科 技 大 学 潇 湘 学 院 毕 业 设 计( 论 文 ) 题目 斜三通管注塑模具设计 作者 刘利兵 学院 机电工程学院 专业 机械设计制造及其自动化 学号 0853011010 指导教师 伍俏平 二〇一二 年 四 月 二十四 日 摘 要 近些年来,我国塑料模工业了很大发展,国外我国模具生产厂中模具的精度、型腔表面的粗糙度、生产周期、寿命等指标与国外先进水平相比尚有较大差距。通过对塑件进行工艺的分析及其结构分析,具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、注射机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计。,采用斜导柱侧抽芯机构,结构合理,运行可靠。 关键词: 斜三通管;注塑模具;注射机 ABSTRACT In recent years, plastic mould industry has been developing rapidly in our country, the kind of injection mould products are more and more , the quality is higher and higher, but compared with foreign countries, there is a large gap of the index of the precision of mould, surface roughness of cavity , production cycle, lifetime etc . This design mainly applies to injection mold of Diagonal Tee Connector. It analyzes the process and structure through plastic parts. It gives detailed design on the injection system of molds, the structure of molding part, push-off system, selection of injector from the perspectives of product workmanship and specific mold structure. The mould features as one mould with one cavity, adopting slanted guide pillar side core-pulling mechanisms, reasonable structure and reliable working. It is to prove the mold can satisfy the quality and process requirements of the Diagonal Tee Connector through the design.
