With fle ibility enabled by SOPC Builder , it built a Nios II hardware system. It also describes an overview of t he architecture and software framework for the Ethernet interface. Build SOPC on FPGA, port OS uClinu on NIOS II, program Et hernet driver; receive all packets from Ethernet interface which was send from PC. It has been proved by the e periment that t he embedded syst em which is implement ed by NIOS II and DM9000A Ethernet controller is high reliable and simple architecture.
