醇化时间和条件对不同部位烟叶氨基酸含量的影响   摘要:为研究醇化时间和条件对不同部位烟叶氨基酸含量的影响,采用氨基酸分析仪测定了烟草样品19种氨基酸的含量,并对结果进行了分析。结果表明,不同部位烟叶的氨基酸含量大部分都存在显著差异;醇化时间对上部烟叶的牛磺酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、异羟赖氨酸、组氨酸、脯氨酸含量影响显著;对中部烟叶的磷酸丝氨酸、天门冬氨酸、丙氨酸、胱氨酸、异亮氨酸、β-丙氨酸、异羟赖氨酸、精氨酸含量影响显著;对下部烟叶的磷酸丝氨酸、牛磺酸、天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、异羟赖氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸含量影响显著。随醇化时间的延长,不同醇化条件对上部烟叶的氨基酸总量影响逐渐增大,而在醇化12个月时,不同醇化条件对中、下部烟叶的氨基酸总量影响达到最大。   关键词:醇化时间;醇化条件;烟叶部位;氨基酸含量   中图分类号:S572 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2016)19-5133-04   DOI:10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2016.19.062   The Effects of Aging Time and Conditions on the Content of Amino Acid   Abstract: Aiming to study the effects of aging time and conditions on the content of amino acid in different parts of tobacco,nineteen kinds of amino acid contents of tobacco samples were determined by amino acid analyzer,and the determined results were analyzed. Results showed that,there was significant difference among most amino acids content in the different parts of tobacco. The alcoholizing time had significant difference on the content of taurine,threonine,serine,glutamic acid,glycine,alanine,valine,phenylalanine,γ-aminobutyric acid,hydroxy lysine,histidine,proline in upper tobacco leaves; For central tobacco leaves,had significant difference on the content of phosphoserine,aspartic acid,alanine,cystine,isoleucine,β-alanine,hydroxyl lysine,arginine; For lower tobacco leaves,had significant difference on the content of phosphoserine,taurine,aspartic acid,threonine,serine,glutamic acid,glycine,valine,phenylalanine,γ-aminobutyric acid,hydroxyl lysine,lysine,histidine,arginine,proline. With the prolonging of alcoholizing time,the influences of different aging conditions on the total amino acids in the upper leaves gradually increasesd,after alcoholizing for twelve months,the influences of different aging conditions on the total amino acids in central and lower tobacco leaves was the biggest.
