毕 业 设 计 学生姓名 李腾飞 学 号 231002043 学院 体育学院 专 业 体育教育 题 目 南京市青少年网球教练员情况 调查与研究 指导教师 任亚东 讲师 2014 年 4 月 毕业论文独创性声明 本人郑重声明： 本论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。本论文除引文外所有实验、数据和有关材料均是真实的。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。其他同志对本研究所做的任何贡献均已在论文中作了明确的说明并表示了谢意。 作者签名： 李腾飞 日 期： 2014.04  摘要： 采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、数据统计法等，随机抽取部分南京市青少年网球教练员为研究对象，以此对南京市青少年网球教练员情况进行调查研究，通过对调查数据的分析发现，尽管南京市网球市场比较繁荣，但在青少年网球教练员情况方面还是存在诸多问题的，问题主要集中体现在以下几个方面：教练员的性别、年龄结构差异较大，多为年轻男性教练员；教练员的从业时间短；未持证上岗现象较多；他们参加学习培训及参赛机会有限等一系列的问题。这些问题势必会影响到南京市青少年网球的未来发展。本文将就以上诸多问题展开细致研究分析，并对分析结果加以总结给出改进建议，旨在促进南京市青少年网球事业的更好发展。 关键词： 南京市 青少年 网球教练员  Abstract ：Using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview,data statistics, randomly selected Nanjing city junior tennis coaches as the research object, in order to make an investigation into the junior tennis coaches resources in Nanjing City, through the analysis of survey data found that, despite the Nanjing tennis market prosperity, but intennis coaches resources still exists many problems,mainly reflected in the following aspects: genderdifferences in the age structure of the coaches, the larger,mostly young men coaches; working time coaches short;not certificates phenomenon more; they participate intraining and competition opportunities are limited and a series of problems. These problems will affect the future development of Nanjing City Youth tennis. In this paper a careful study on the analysis of the problems, and theanalysis results are summarized and gives some improvement suggestions, aims to promote betterdevelopment of Nanjing city junior tennis career.
