郑州交通职业学院 毕 业 论 文 论文（设计）题目：浅谈建筑工程造价的控制与管理 所属系别： 建筑工程系 专业班级： 10级工程造价二班 姓 名： 赵 宁 学 号： 201008040460278 指导老师： 夏春艳 撰写日期 2013 年 3 月  摘 要 工程造价是对整个工程的所有项目投资进行估算，而工程造价的控制与管理始终贯彻于项目建设的全过程，是工程项目管理的核心部分，它能够在工程建设项目的全过程（投资决策、设计、招投标、施工阶段）中采取有效措施，把工程建设发生的全部费用控制在批准的限额内。建筑工程造价控制是建筑工程管理工作的重要组成部分。建筑工程造价管理工作的科学性、合理性、有效性是企业取得经济效益最大化的重要环节，工程造价在选择工程项目、签订工程合同、加强工程管理、提高企业利润方面发挥至关重要的作用。 本文针对建筑工程造价的重要性，造价管理贯穿于工程项目建设的全过程，并分阶段的对工程造价控制进行了探讨。分析阐述建设单位在工程项目的实施阶段造价管理的方法和措施。为加强工程造价的管理和控制，防止施工阶段决算超预算，避免建设项目投资失控，我们需强调合同管理、优化施工组织设计、加强工程直接费和工程变更的控制、增强索赔意识，在工程建设实施中，把工程造价实际额控制在限额以内。 关键词：工程造价，造价控制，造价管理，全过程，合同管理  Abstract Project cost is all the project investment estimate for the whole project, and always carry out project cost control and management in the whole process of project construction, is the core part of project management, it can be in the whole process of engineering construction projects, investment decision-making, design, bidding, construction stage) take effective measures, in the engineering construction of all cost control within the approved limit.
