本文主要介绍了600MW超超临界燃煤发电机组锅炉的制粉系统和燃烧系统的设计。进行制粉系统计算时,首先根据机组锅炉给定参数和煤种特性进行锅炉辅助计算;然后根据煤种的特性确定制粉系统及磨煤机的类型;接着进行制粉系统热力计算、制粉系统空气动力计算、制粉系统管道设计计算、制粉系统辅助设备的选型,最终确定适用于淮南烟煤的制粉系统及磨煤机类型。进行燃烧器的设计计算时,首先需要对燃烧器的燃烧方式进行确定,然后计算一次风、二次风口层数,最后对一二次风进行配比、选取等一些设计计算得出燃烧器的布置方式、出力、尺寸。

Title:The Design of Pulverizing Coal and Combustion System of 600MW Coal Fired Boiler
Abstract:
This paper mainly introduces the design of the pulverized coal system and combustion system of 600MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generating units of boiler. When the coal pulverizing system, first of all according to the boilers given parameters and characteristic of coal kind were auxiliary boiler calculation; then based on coal characteristics determine the pulverizing system and the type of coal mill; and the pulverizing system of thermal calculation, pulverizing system of aerodynamic calculation, pulverizing system, pipeline design and calculation, selection of auxiliary equipment for pulverizing system, and ultimately determine the suitable for Huainan bituminous coal pulverizing system and the coal machine type grinding. Calculation of the burner design, you first need to the burner combustion mode was determined, and then calculating the primary air and secondary air outlet layers, at the end of the primary and secondary air ratio and selecting etc. some design calculations that burner arrangement, output and size.
