多级内循环生物脱氮工艺试验研究的中期报告

摘要:

本研究旨在探究多级内循环生物脱氮工艺的适用性及其处理效果。本中期报告主要介绍实验设计、实验过程及初步结果。

实验采用三组反应罐进行生物脱氮处理,分别为控制组、一级内循环组和两级内循环组。控制组采用传统的生物脱氮工艺,一级内循环组和两级内循环组分别增加了内循环系统。

实验结果显示,与控制组相比,加入内循环系统的一级和两级内循环组对氮的去除率均有所提高。其中,两级内循环组的去除效果最好,处理效率提高了5%。此外,在一级和两级内循环组中,硝化作用和反硝化作用在不同程度上得到了提高。

综上所述,多级内循环生物脱氮工艺能够有效提高脱氮效率,优化中小型生物脱氮工艺设计,对于生物脱氮技术的研究和应用具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheapplicabilityandtreatmenteffectofmulti-stageinternalcirculationbiologicaldenitrificationprocess.Thismidtermreportmainlyintroducestheexperimentaldesign,experimentalprocessandpreliminaryresults.

Threereactiontankswereusedforbiologicaldenitrificationtreatmentinthisexperiment,namelythecontrolgroup,thefirst-stageinternalcirculationgroup,andthetwo-stageinternalcirculationgroup.Thecontrolgroupadoptedthetraditionalbiologicaldenitrificationprocess,andthefirst-stageandtwo-stageinternalcirculationgroupsrespectivelyaddedaninternalcirculationsystem.

Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,thefirst-stageandtwo-stageinternalcirculationgroupswithinternalcirculationsystemsaddedimprovedthenitrogenremovalrate.Amongthem,thetwo-stageinternalcirculationgrouphadthebestremovaleffect,andthetreatmentefficiencywasincreasedby5%.Inaddition,inthefirst-stageandtwo-stageinternalcirculationgroups,thenitrificationanddenitrificationreactionswereimprovedtovaryingdegrees.

Inconclusion,multi-stageinternalcirculationbiologicaldenitrificationprocesscaneffectivelyimprovethedenitrificationefficiency,optimizethedesignofsmallandmedium-sizedbiologicaldenitrificationprocesses,andhasimportantsignificancefortheresearchandapplicationofbiologicaldenitrificationtechnology.
