Vegetables were contaminated by esticides through soaking and s raying, res ectiveiy ,Then the esticide residues were determined by gas chroma- togra hy.There was no significant difference between the two methods, The method of soaking is sim le and easy to o erate. Therefore, it can be used to evaluate the removal effects of household detergents on esticide residues.
