经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果 杨宏志 熊亮宇 胡斌 杨永华 王溪淳 高展望 [摘要]目的 探討经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法 选择20XX年1月～20XX年6月九江市第一人民医院收治的50例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者为对象，将其分为两组，分组方式按照随机抽签法。给予对照组常规复位治疗方法，给予研究组经皮椎体成形术治疗方法。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前及治疗后腰痛（ODI）评分、治疗前及治疗后视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、治疗后椎体恢复情况，治疗后并发症发生情况。结果 研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;研究组治疗后3、7、14 d ODI评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;研究组治疗后3、7、14 d VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;研究组治疗后Cobb角低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;研究组治疗后后缘高度、中线高度、前缘高度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;研究组治疗后并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折实施经皮椎体成形术治疗的临床效果确切。 [关键词]经皮椎体成形术;老年;骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折;临床效果 [中图分类号] R563 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0089-04 Clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture YANG Hong-zhi1 XIONG Liang-yu2 HU Bin1 YANG Yong-hua1 WANG Xi-chun1 GAO Zhan-wang1 1.
