全镇推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化情况汇报
xx镇镇把推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化作为全面从严治党的战略性、基础性工程,精心组织实施、有力有序有效推进,形成“学、做、改、严”的常态。
抓住关键内容,“学”成常态。学党章党规、学系列讲话,读原著、学原文、悟原理,联系实际学、带着问题学、不断跟进学,领会掌握基本精神、基本内容、基本要求。以镇党委中心组学习、民主生活会等制度为主要抓手,组织党员领导干部定期开展集体学习,以“三会一课”为基本制度,以党支部为基本单位,把“两学一做”作为党员教育的基本内容,长期坚持、形成常态。自主学习、互动交流,做到学而信、学而思、学而行。
抓住关键作用,“做”成常态。开展“争创先进党支部、争当优秀共产党员”活动,教育引导广大党员按照“四讲四有”标准,做到政治合格、执行纪律合格、品德合格、发挥作用合格。坚持学做互进、知行合一,爱岗敬业、履职尽责,服务群众、奉献社会,敢担当、敢负责、敢作为,作表率、当先锋。开展“四联四帮”和农村党员联系帮扶贫困户活动,生产联手帮扶产业发展、就业联动帮带劳力务工、经常联系帮解生活难题、思想联络帮提精神状态。
抓住关键问题,“改”成常态。坚持学做结合,突出针对性,敢于直面问题,勇于自我革命,把查找解决问题作为“两学一做”学习教育的规定要求。突出问题导向,建立完善及时发现和解决问题的有效机制,推动各级党组织依靠自身力量修正错误、改进提高,要求广大党员对照党章党规,对照系列讲话,对照先进典型,把自己摆进去。持续开展“五查五看”,针对查找出来的问题,采取专项整治等办法,集中力量加以解决,以问题整改提升学习教育实效。
抓住关键少数,“严”成常态。抓住“关键少数”,坚持更高标准、更高要求,坚持以身作则、率先垂范,注重以上率下,充分发挥党员领导干部带头示范作用。要求镇领导班子、各镇直单位“一把手”联系镇情实际,决战决胜脱贫攻坚,带头旗帜鲜明讲政治,带头强化党性修养,带头担当负责,带头严格自律。夯实制度建设,把“两学一做”纳入“三会一课”,把“两学一做”融入日常,严在经常。
