全镇推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化情况汇报 全镇推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化情况汇报 xx镇镇把推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化作为全面从严治党的战略性、基础性工程，精心组织实施、有力有序有效推进，形成“学、做、改、严”的常态。 抓住关键内容，“学”成常态。学党章党规、学系列讲话，读原著、学原文、悟原理，联系实际学、带着问题学、不断跟进学，领会掌握基本精神、基本内容、基本要求。以镇党委中心组学习、民主生活会等制度为主要抓手，组织党员领导干部定期开展集体学习，以“三会一课”为基本制度，以党支部为基本单位，把“两学一做”作为党员教育的基本内容，长期坚持、形成常态。自主学习、互动交流，做到学而信、学而思、学而行。 抓住关键作用，“做”成常态。开展“争创先进党支部、争当优秀共产党员”活动，教育引导广大党员按照“四讲四有”标准，做到政治合格、执行纪律合格、品德合格、发挥作用合格。坚持学做互进、知行合一，爱岗敬业、履职尽责，服务群众、奉献社会，敢担当、敢负责、敢作为，作表率、当先锋。开展“四联四帮”和农村党员联系帮扶贫困户活动，生产联手帮扶产业发展、就业联动帮带劳力务工、经常联系帮解生活难题、思想联络帮提精神状态。 抓住关键问题，“改”成常态。坚持学做结合，突出针对性，敢于直面问题，勇于自我革命，把查找解决问题作为“两学一做”学习教育的规定要求。突出问题导向，建立完善及时发现和解决问题的有效机制，推动各级党组织依靠自身力量修正错误、改进提高，要求广大党员对照党章党规，对照系列讲话，对照先进典型，把自己摆进去。持续开展“五查五看”，针对查找出来的问题，采取专项整治等办法，集中力量加以解决，以问题整改提升学习教育实效。 抓住关键少数，“严”成常态。抓住“关键少数”，坚持更高标准、更高要求，坚持以身作则、率先垂范，注重以上率下，充分发挥党员领导干部带头示范作用。要求镇领导班子、各镇直单位“一把手”联系镇情实际，决战决胜脱贫攻坚，带头旗帜鲜明讲政治，带头强化党性修养，带头担当负责，带头严格自律。夯实制度建设，把“两学一做”纳入“三会一课”，把“两学一做”融入日常，严在经常。 6 daily morning exercises or class-break setting-up exercise and discipline inspection and appraisal of public signs;2, daily cleaning and inspection;3, the daily student school appearance, dress, wearing school card check;4, the daily duty guide to the leadership class discipline three rounds.Weekly moral education work:L, the flag raising ceremony and the national flag speech under the flag raising ceremony held on Monday;2, every week a class meeting, the meeting;3, every week two exercises, cleaning and hygiene, behavior norms, attendance situation published cloth appraisal, and the issue of the code of conduct;;4, weekly work week.Monthly moral education work:1, at least once a month, the theme of education activities, to patriotism education, behavior norms of education as the focus, combined with major retreat day.2, the monthly class quantization assessment and class teacher assessment, selection of behavior for the standard model class.Moral education in each term:1, at the end of each semester to form three good student, outstanding student cadres
