EMPLOYMENTCONTRACT

PART1:INTRODUCTION

ThisEmploymentContractismadeandenteredintobyandbetween[EmployerName]and[EmployeeName](hereinafterreferredtoastheEmployee)onthetermsandconditionssetoutbelow.TheEmployeeagreestoworkfortheEmployeras[JobTitle]onafull-timebasis,subjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisContract.

PART2:EMPLOYMENT

2.1JobTitleandResponsibilities

TheEmployeeshallworkas[JobTitle]andshallberesponsibleforthedutiesandobligationsassociatedwiththatposition.TheEmployeeagreestoperformsuchdutiesandobligationstothebestoftheirabilityandinaccordancewiththepoliciesandproceduresoftheEmployer.

2.2WorkingHours

TheEmployeeshallworkafull-timeschedule,whichmayincludeshifts,weekends,andholidays,asdeterminedbytheEmployer.TheEmployeeisexpectedtobeavailabletoworksuchhoursasmayberequiredbytheEmployerfromtimetotime.

2.3SalaryandBenefits

TheEmployeeshallreceiveasalaryattherateof[salaryamount]perhour,whichshallbepaidweeklyorbi-weekly,asdeterminedbytheEmployer.TheEmployeeshallalsobeentitledtoreceivesuchotherbenefitsasmaybeprovidedbytheEmployerfromtimetotime,includingbutnotlimitedtohealthinsurance,dentalinsurance,visioninsurance,andlifeinsurance.

2.4ProbationaryPeriod

TheEmployeeshallbesubjecttoaprobationaryperiodof[probationaryperiodlength]months,duringwhichtimetheirperformanceshallbeevaluatedbytheEmployer.IftheEmployeesperformanceisdeemedunsatisfactorybytheEmployer,thisContractmaybeterminatedbytheEmployeratanytimeduringtheprobationaryperiod.
