第8 卷 第6 期 现 代 农 药 Vol.8 No.6 2009 年12 月 Modern Agrochemicals Dec. 2009 四种除草剂对土壤脲酶活性的影响研究 * 彭 星,刘嫦娥 ,段昌群,朱辉清,杨 尹,任小娇,茶桂石,段啟纲 (云南大学生命科学学院暨环境科学与生态修复研究所,昆明 650091 ) 摘要:为研究 4 种除草剂对土壤脲酶活性的影响及其程度,在实验室模拟条件下,乙草胺、莠 去津、绿麦隆、丁草胺 4 种除草剂单一处理人工土壤时,研究了土壤脲酶活性的变化。结果表明, 在供试浓度范围内,4 种除草剂对土壤脲酶均有不同程度的激活作用,其中乙草胺、莠去津、绿 麦隆、丁草胺对土壤脲酶活性的最大激活率分别为 53.6%、17.4%、31.9%和 25.5% ,最大抑制率 分别为 34.8%、27.0% 、18.7%和 55.8% ,且4 种除草剂处理剂量与土壤脲酶活性之间的二元一次 方程拟合效果较好,达到了显著或极显著相关水平,总体上表现为先增加后降低、低浓度诱导高 浓度抑制的规律性变化。从 4 种除草剂处理浓度对土壤脲酶的增幅和方程系数来看,对土壤脲酶 活性的影响为:丁草胺>乙草胺>绿麦隆>莠去津。 关键词:莠去津;绿麦隆;丁草胺;乙草胺;土壤;脲酶活性 中图分类号:TQ 450.2+6 文献标识码:A doi :10.3969/j.issn.1671-5284.2009.06.009 Effect of Four Herbicides on Urease Activity in Soil * PENG Xing, LIU Chang-e , DUAN Chang-qun, ZHU Hui-qing, YANG Yin, REN Xiao-jiao, CHA Gui-shi, DUAN Qi-gang (Institute of Environmental Science and Ecological Restoration & School of Life Science, Yunnan University, Kunming 650091, China) Abstract: In order to research the influence of the herbicides to the soil urease activity, with simulation test, we used the four kinds of herbicide which were atrazine, chlorotoluron, butachlor and acetochlor to deal with the artificial soil, and studied the variety of the soil urease activity. The result revealed that within the range of test concentrations, these four herbicides could activate the urease activity of test soils.
