公司价值与公司内部控制信息披露相关性研究摘要在我国，很多企业经营者为了获得一些现实或潜在的经济利益，在会计监管不严、上市公司股权高度集中、信息披露透明度低等弱公司治理环境下，由于对公司治理制度设置不当、内部控制缺乏监管等原因，造成了诸如琼民源、郑百文等违规事件，直接使我们的经济蒙受损失并大大动摇了投资者对资本市场的信心。虽然我国已进入内部控制缺陷信息的强制性披露阶段，但是由于我国内部控制规范体系建设还处于初级阶段，很多指引并没有明确指出实际评价中的标准，使得其在实际执行中还存着很多缺陷。所以针对我国上市公司现实存在的问题，研究内部控制缺陷信息披露状况以及如何改善我国上市公司内部控制缺陷信息披露就显得尤为重要。本研究基于我国内部控制信息披露和公司价值的相关理论分析，结合目前的披露现状，以2015年A股2101家上市公司研究对象，实证检验内部控制信息披露质量与企业价值之间的关系，结果发现内部控制信息披露质量对企业价值正向作用，进而提出规范和完善上市公司内部控制的政策建设，进而为提高我国企业价值提供借鉴。关键词：公司价值；内部控制信息披露；相关性；实证分析AbstractIn China, many business operators in order to obtain some practical or potential economic benefits in the accounting supervision is not strict, the equity concentration of listed companies, information disclosure transparency low weak corporate governance environment, due to improper internal control, lack of supervision and other reasons of the corporate governance system, such as qiongminyuan, Zheng Baiwen caused the violations, direct to our economic losses and greatly shaken investor confidence in the capital market.
